In discussion part of your Lab report:

Put all data given and use them to illustrate and discuss what kind of information you obtained by using  secondary electron imaging, backscattered electron imaging and  EDX.  

By comparing Se and Bse images of dollar bill, discuss how contrast is formed in both cases; and what kind of information you get.
