LAB DUE DATE AND SOME ADVICE
Every lab is due on the following Tuesday.
There is no specific lab format.
Summarize your results and discuss your conclusions separately from the code.
The “presentation” should include key only aspects of the method, important results (use graphs if possible) and a discussion.
I am always interested in the following aspects:
1) What is the “accuracy” of your calculation
2) Is your method efficient vs alternative methods?
3) Is your method robust? I.e., how sensitive it is to errors etc.
Read the post in this link that has been on the class web page. It was written by a TA, 2 years ago and makes a lot of sense.
PLEASE ASK ME QUESTIONS IF YOU HAVE ANY... DONT WAIT TILL THE LAST MOMENT.
